Client Integration Project Manager

The Client Integration Project Manager manages assigned client integration activities associated with new or existing client integrations. This role oversees team members in their tasks, supports the client team members throughout the process, identifies and implements solutions as needed for efficient client integration.  The Project Manager interacts with all areas of operations, Cenlar’s business partners and third party vendors; manages project plans for each client transaction.  This role interacts with all levels of management both within Cenlar and with our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages all aspects of a new client integration as defined by department procedures and the project plan and as directed by the Client Integration Director;  This will include new clients and existing client with significant changes to their business requirement
  • Develops and maintains a Project Plan for each client;  With the support of the Implementation Administrator and the team members, ensures tasks are updated and / or closed timely by responsible party (internal and clients); past due items are escalated to management and/or responsible party; tasks are added as appropriate by client/implementation
  • Identifies and addresses risks to Cenlar or our business partners as a result of either transferring portfolios with inherited issues, and/or previous or current business practices (either the clients or their prior servicer)
  • Partners with Operational departments to create and maintain materials for the delivery to the Clients throughout the Integration process; coordinates the production of materials for clients
  • Coordinates client visits with Implementation Administrator
  • Ensures Client Billing is prepared and submitted timely both to Accounting and via Cenbase Portal and review all client bills while in implementation
  • Oversees preparation of all Agendas, Minutes and Action items for Client discussions / visits
  • Directs the activities of all team members as it relates to effective and timely completion of all tasks and responsibilities as it relates to the clients being managed by candidate
  • Ensures all require CSRs for Client Report and Data Requests are prepared and submitted timely by Operations Business Analyst
  • Prepares, or obtains from Operations, client Statements of Work (SOW) and track initial billing for development and applicable monthly recurring charges back to client
  • Develops and maintains a matrix of all known mortgage products that includes Cenlar’s ability to service these products
  • Ensures execution of any client Service Level Agreements within impacted areas if applicable
  • Ensures execution and implementation of Delegated Authority Matrices  within impacted areas, if applicable
  • Acts as back-up for manager for implementations as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, include but not limited to compliance and operational risk. Demonstrate consideration for Cenlar’s reputation as well as our clients, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  •  At least 3 years experience Mortgage Servicing and / Origination background preferred
  • At least 2 years experience with HELOC loans and administration
  • Demonstrated Excellent Communication Skills; both Written and Verbal  
  • Excellent interpersonal and follow up skills 
  • Demonstrated advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills. 
  • Detailed Oriented 
  • Candidate must have demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Strong Project management skills and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously. 
  • Must possess presentations skills and ability to facilitate meetings

Pay Range Details
$64,066.00 - $99,943.00 Annually
The actual compensation offered will depend on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This range represents the reasonable minimum and maximum salary the company expects to pay for this position.
