The Procurement and Supply Management (PSM) project will be the primary vehicle through which USAID will 1) procure and provide health commodities, 2) provide technical assistance to improve partner countries’ management of the supply chain, and 3) collaborate with key international stakeholders to support global health initiatives. Historically, there have been four task orders in the project, with two task orders currently in the closeout phase, and two continuing with implementation. The GHSC-PSM Finance Lead will provide overall financial management across all task orders at headquarters and across countries. This is a leadership position intended to oversee the financial closeout and termination process for GHSC-PSM as well as coordinate and align financial management across remaining task orders, including where there are new buy-ins under TO1 and TO2. It requires client engagement and managing across GHSC-PSM TO Finance in close coordination with USG Finance, and Country Programs closeout teams. The GHSC-PSM TO Finance Managers will report directly to the GHSC-PSM Finance Lead and will continue to have a dotted reporting line to Task Order directors. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for making a difference in the lives of people around the world.
