Chemonics seeks a Financial Operations Specialist to support the USAID Global Health Supply Chain Program – Procurement and Supply Management project (GHSC-PSM). GHSC-PSM is the primary vehicle through which USAID procures health commodities, provides support to improve partner countries’ management of supply chains, and collaborates with key international stakeholders to support global health initiatives. Historically, there have been four task orders in the project, with two task orders currently in the closeout phase, and two continuing with implementation. The Financial Operations Specialist will provide coordination and operational support to the PSM headquarters (HQ) Finance team of approximately 12 staff. The position will assist the team to coordinate financial management activities across TO1 and TO2, including new buy-ins under both TOs, and will support the financial closeout and termination processes and any other special projects on an as needed basis. The position will work in collaboration with USG Finance and Country Programs team and will report to the Finance Lead. The Salary Range for this position is expected to be: $65,100 - $81,400.
