Responsibilities:

An executive management level position that reports to and directly supports the President of the organization. Assists with the development and implementation of retention, growth, and expansion strategies as necessary to meet organizational and parent corporation financial and membership goals. Works with all departments as a reference resource, and as requested by President to help with a specific area projects and/or tasks. Responsible for keeping President appraised of Healthcare, PBM, and government healthcare program issues and trends. Works on specific projects/tasks at the request of the President. Completion of specific ad hoc projects/tasks at the direct request of company’s President. Review existing and new programs/internal processes for financial and clinical integrity. Development and implementation of data resources that allow for measurement of financial and clinical programs. Work with the various departments/department heads to improve capacity/capabilities within each department. Research and create informational presentations on PBM/Healthcare topics for use by President when lecture/speaking opportunities arise. Research and stay current on PBM/Healthcare industry issues/opportunities and provide updates to President and management staff. Prepare draft responses for President from outside inquiries on various PBM/Healthcare topics Research new technologies/tools to determine potential value to PerformRx business goals.

Education/ Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 5+ years executive/management level experience in the Pharmacy Benefits Management/Health Care.
