Bracebridge is currently seeking a Human Resources Supervisor who will oversee the administrative functions of the Human Resources (HR) department with a focus on the recruitment efforts for the firm.  This includes the recruitment of candidates for junior to mid-level areas of the organization as well as Bracebridge’s campus recruiting efforts. You will be an integral member of the HR team, which requires an awareness of all of the functional areas of the firm and also the ability to provide insight into best-in-class human resources practices. You will also be an advocate of Bracebridge’s culture and values in all of your internal and external interactions. The Human Resources Supervisor will report to the Director of Human Capital Development and will support the Human Resources Manager. 

Primary Responsibilities:
•    Work with the Director of Human Capital Development and hiring managers to understand Bracebridge’s staffing needs and support a recruiting strategy to address these needs
•    Locate a pool of qualified candidates for various areas of the organization with a focus on the business and operations departments by leveraging relationships within relevant industry networks and recruiting firms
•    Screen and interview candidates, present qualified applicants to hiring managers, and manage the interview process
•    Support the campus recruiting program, which includes managing job postings, career fairs and overseeing on-campus presentations/events
•    Supervise two junior HR staff members with recruitment efforts
•    Support the HR Manager with facilitating the onboarding process for new hires 
•    Respond to HR policy and benefit inquiries from employees
•    Manage HR personnel files
•    Supervise and support members of the team with a focus on professional development
•    Ongoing projects to include tracking and metrics reports


Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree and 4 to 5 years of relevant experience
•    Experience facilitating full life-cycle and on campus recruiting programs
•    Exceptional interpersonal skills to work with all areas of the firm and to build partnerships with academia
•    Excellent attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
•    Positive and proactive attitude a must
•    Demonstrated highest level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality in all matters
•    Strong quantitative and analytical skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and LinkedIn administration
•    Experience with Greenhouse and Paychex is a plus
