CNA (Certified Nurses Assistant)

 

Must have completed CNA courses with certification or confirmed date of pending certification exam.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Work side by side with other new CNAs and experienced CNAs along with a strong management team.
• Provide total care for our residents including bathing, feeding, day program and recreational activities.
• Work to maintain cleanliness of the environment, our residents live in a loving environment that is caring, challenging and clean- this is what they deserve.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• High School Diploma or GED is required and if hired, you must successfully complete the Misericordia 1 week of paid training upon hire.
• Have current and active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of Illinois (or test date pending)
• Previous experience in this field is NOT required - we are happy to teach you
• You must be at least 18 years 
• Must be current with COVID-19 Vaccinations, including a booster, if you are eligible, time-wise

Compensation:

CNA Certified HS Diploma/GED Base pay :   $18.00

Day Shift: $18.00/hour on weekdays  + $2 more  per hour on weekends Sat/Sun

Evening & Overnight Shifts:  $18.00/hour  + $1.50 more  per hour on weekdays M-F

Evening & Overnight Shifts: $18.00/hour  + $3.00 more  per hour on weekends Sat/Sun
