Vice President, Sales

As a Vice President, Sales you will have responsibility for the Therigy business to manage and coach a team of 4 salespeople in achieving sales goals.  The Vice President, Sales will establish and execute the sales strategy, motivate the team and provide hands-on coaching to elevate their sales performance.  To achieve the company revenue projections, the Vice President, Sales must develop and implement repeatable sales processes; analyze sales activities, trends and KPIs, to prioritize and implement sales improvement initiatives.   The Vice President, Sales collaborates with marketing, technology, customer success, clinical and other departments as necessary to ensure efficient communication and operations between these areas, to provide a seamless customer experience. This position reports to the President of Therigy. The Compensation is a Base plus Commission on Individual and Team Sales.
 
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the Sales Directors to navigate complex Enterprise sales process
  • Drive the sales team to meet or exceed sales quota through effective sales leadership
  • Ensure execution of developed sales strategies, plans and programs to increase conversion rates and reduce sales cycle time
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, business partners and associates to advance the use of Therigy technology products
  • Collaborate with executive team to develop sales budget; administer budget within budgetary guidelines
  • Oversee Sales Ops to develop and maintain the sales metrics, KPIs and analytics throughout the entire sales process through the identified sales stages

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent focused on marketing, business or healthcare related; Master's degree preferred
  • 10+ years of sales experience to include software sales to pharmacies in hospital/helathcare systems
  • Demonstrated sales management experience and success in achieving sales goals in a SaaS technology business
  • Familiar with a growth company; approx. $25MM in size
  • Adept at using computer technology tools, MS Office suite to communicate and develop presentations
  • Able to travel by air approximately 20% of the time away from home location
  • Ability to travel away from home location by air or car
