ECS is seeking a Senior C2ISR Network Engineer to work in our Warner Robins, GA office.  Please Note: This position is contingent upon [contract award OR additional funding].

 

Job Description:

ECS is seeking a highly qualified Senior C2ISR Network Engineer with an active Top Secret/SCI Clearance to work on our project at Robins Air Force Base, GA. The selected candidate will be able to communicate effectively (written/verbal), possess strong interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and be innovative in a fast-paced environment. Must hold and maintain a valid Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance. The candidate will be involved with product sustainment, product development, lab support, and engineering services in support of the Operational Flight Program (OFP), Test Program Set (TPS) development and support, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance software and Mission Support (MS) business lines. Candidate will assist in evaluating current systems, planning of large-scale system projects, purchasing, installing and support of network communications, including LAN/WAN systems To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • The selected candidate will be expected to perform at a Senior/SME level with minimal to no assistance from junior level organic staff.
  • Manage and design DCGS networks.
  • Configure, integrate, and upgrade network architectural components across AF DCGS enterprise.
  • Support the design, installation, and integration of new routers, cryptographic devices and other equipment.
  • Know the PSR processes and implementation of NSR.
  • Work with CISCO, Aruba, Juniper, and VMWare NSX network virtualization platforms.

Required Skills:

  • Active DoD Top Secret/SCI Clearance.
  • US Citizen.
  • BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer/Electrical Engineering.
  • Security+CE Certificate.
  • CCNP or JNCIA Certificate.
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience with DCGS network design and management.
  • Experience with performing the configuration, integration, and upgrading of all network architectural components across the AF DCGS enterprise.
  • Experience with supporting the design, installation, and integration of new routers, cryptographic devices, and other equipment.
  • Knowledge of NSR, PSR processes and implementation.
  • Experience with CISCO, Aruba, Juniper, and VMWare NSX network virtualization platforms.

Desired Skills:

  • 5+ Years’ experience working on DoD programs is highly desired.
  • Interest in new technologies and the ability to adopt to those new technologies.
