ECS is seeking a NIH Communications Program Analyst to work in our Fairfax, VA office.  

 

Job Description:

This Program Analyst role is full-time supporting the National Institutes of Health (NIH). This role supports a vital communications function at NIH while providing support for strategic planning and change management. Strong written and verbal communications skills are essential to create, write, and edit various communications including one-pagers, FAQ's, PowerPoint presentations and toolkits. The candidate will advise on which communications vehicles are best for each business case scenario for the project. The candidate will identify best practices for change management processes and drive the development of all change management materials and processes. The candidate needs strong facilitation skills and will create various meeting support materials. The candidate will create reports for tracking progress of the project.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree Required.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, including planning, organizing, and managing resources.
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills, with experience facilitating group discussions.
  • Strategic planning skills to identify goals and measure performance of the goals, evaluate progress.
  • Must have organizational change management skills to ensure successful adoption of new processes.

 

Desired Skills:

  • PROSCI Certified.
  • Experience with training and change management.
  • Experience in healthcare field.
  • Experience in Government contracting.
