ECS is seeking a Agile Transformation Lead to work in our Washington, DC office.

Our team is seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Lead to support national security clients in improving and maturing their application of Agile best practices. This will include providing support and coaching to teams and product owners, developing metrics and measures for team execution, and collecting and analyzing new requirements for existing and new applications.  The ideal candidate be comfortable working in fluid environments and working to drive organizational transformation through process analysis and development, training, and workshop material creation and facilitation

Required Skills:

  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
  • A BA/BS or an additional  4+ years of relevant experience
  • 5 Years Demonstrated experience as a project manager and team lead within Agile environments
  • Demonstrated experience in Agile software development, requirements development, and business analysis.
  • Agile Certified (CSM, SAFe, PSM, etc.)

Desired Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to work across project teams and stakeholder groups to develop guidance and processes for requirements development, verification, and management
  • Demonstrated experience working directly with clients to improve products and processes across the software development lifecycle.
  • Ability to coach and guide the Agile development teams and Scrum Masters to create complete and thorough user stories and meaningful program documentation
  • Experience configuring, managing, and using Agile project management and collaboration tools (i.e. Jira, Confluence)
  • Experience developing and facilitating workshops, training sessions, and demos to support organizational change management.
  • Ability to easily communicate to clients and other teams succinctly and clearly.
