We are looking for a passionate and creative professional to serve as The Israel Action Program Manager. The top candidates will understand the nuances of the different entry points for Israel engagement opportunities, and use their stellar relationship building skills to mentor and support Hillel professionals. They will also work with Hillel colleagues and students as they respond to anti-Israel activity on campus and build campaigns against efforts to boycott or divest from Israel on campus. The manager will work closely with Hillel International and the local Hillel Executive Directors to best implement Israel Education and Engagement plans on multiple campuses. The Israel Action Program Manager will report to the Director of the Israel Action Program and act as a member of the Israel Action Program’s team.
The Israel Action Program Manager will serve a cohort of campus Hillels and will work remotely or out of Hillel International’s Schusterman International Center in Washington, D.C. This position will require regular travel once Covid restrictions are lifted.

Hillel’s Charles and Lynn Schusterman International Center (SIC) which has multiple offices throughout the world including in Washington, D.C., San Francisco, Chicago, New York and Jerusalem, helps local Hillels in the areas of institutional advancement, strategic planning, leadership development, fundraising, talent, fiscal administration, student engagement and communications.
