Research Analyst (Healthcare Division) 

Location: Remote (US-based)

About the Position:

The Healthcare division of Phoenix Marketing International is seeking to hire a Research Analyst to join our growing team. Our Health team conducts research for a variety of companies in the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare industries. The team is composed of results-oriented research professionals that have a true passion for research and the Health industry in order to provide best-in-class support to our clients. What You Will Be Doing:

You will be joining a fun, collaborative team that offers you the opportunity to continue growing your research skills. We will provide you learning opportunities across the spectrum of qualitative and quantitative research, analytical methodologies, and client service. 

In this role, you will support senior members of the team to create and deliver superior insights to our Pharma and Healthcare clients. Responsibilities will include both qualitative and quantitative tasks, including: 

  • Assisting with quant survey implementation / outlining qualitative discussion guides
  • Assuring client surveys are implemented correctly
  • Listening to qualitative interviews and note-taking
  • Ensuring the integrity of all data by following quality control processes 
  • Cleaning, and processing data
  • Analyzing, mining, and interpreting data
  • Creating PowerPoint deliverables to effectively and efficiently communicate data

What You Will Bring to the Table:

  • First and foremost, a positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude. A must for our culture! 
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • General skills with SPSS
  • Experience supporting qualitative research preferred
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task, in a time-sensitive environment
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to formulate conclusions and generate actionable insights from survey data

A Few Things You Need to Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and relevant market research, data, and/or advertising coursework, internship, or experience
  • Some work experience (internship applies) in the research field would be beneficial
  • Ability to work from home with minimal distraction (remote), or in a local office setting (where possible)
  • Legally authorized to work in the US
