An advocacy organization with a focus on foreign affairs and national headquarters offices in Washington, DC is looking to engage a Senior Graphic Designer in a part-time, on-site role for six-months, starting early in January.

We're interested in talking with experienced, multidisciplinary designers who can work 24 hours/week on-site at the employer's offices, which are in a private building in NW, DC -- just a few blocks from Union Station. Work days will be Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, with typical office hours. You can expect to work three, eight-hour days each week. It's possible there may be requests every now and then, for your commitment to stretch minimally into evenings or otherwise beyond the expected 24 hours/week. All hours will be billable as straight-time.

The employer has hired directly from Brainstorm Creative Resources previously, and we have also helped many individuals transition from freelance/temporary roles with this organization, into full-time positions. Additionally, many freelance engagements continue longer than initially expected. We hope you will apply because you're interested in six-months of consistent part-time work. But there could be more here as well, for someone who wants more.

We have always posted salary and rate ranges in public-facing job descriptions, but we typically do not include employer names. If you are interested in applying for this position, we hope you will allow us to represent you, rather than working independently to identify the hiring organization so that you can inquire with them directly. We will share the employer name directly with the most well qualified applicants.
