• Design, launch, and analyze user tests and research studies.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
• BA degree or higher in product design, visual design, graphic design, UX design or nearly related field.
• Minimum of three years in a product designer role.

• Fluency with standard design software and platforms (Figma, Miro, Adobe Suite, etc.).
• Experience with writing, executing and analyzing in-person or online user testing is a plus.
• Practical experience working closely with Product Managers and developers; informing product direction and roadmaps, and sprint planning.
• Knowledge in key UX areas like information architecture, UI Design best practices, interaction design patterns, style guides and pattern libraries.

APPRECIATED ATTRIBUTES:
• Passionate about UI/UX design.
• Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).

• Thorough understanding of user-centered design processes and practical experience in working with consumer-oriented experiences and/or products.

(3) remotely at the location of their choice within the United States;

PAY RATE:
Based on what we have learned during conversations with our client, Brainstorm Creative Resources is advertising a broad pay rate range of $70/hour to $130/hour. Given the full-time nature of this role, we believe it's both correct and useful to mention that this rate range is equivalent to $2800 to $5200 weekly and $140K to $260K annually.

Brainstorm Creative Resources encourages inquiries and applications from demonstrably talented professionals at various places on their individual career paths. We pay competitively and actively encourage all of our employer clients to do the same. However, it is unlikely (but not impossible) that we will be able to pay less experienced applicants at the top of the stated rate range. More experienced applicants can expect that we will make a strong, evidentiary case to our client, to pay you at the top of the range.

The actual rate offered will be commensurate with experience and market norms. It will also be based on some or all of the following factors: credentials as detailed in your resume, example work, interview experiences with Brainstorm Creative Resources and our client, and quality of reference providers and references provided.
