Summary
The MIL Corporation is looking for a Jamf/Configuration Management Administrator (Systems Administration, Associate). This position will be responsible for systems administrative duties and tier three support for Apple MacOS computer systems and configuration management through Jamf. They will maintain and support users and computers, performs systems administrative tasks to the operating system environment and applications using scripting, Jamf and other admin tools, manage security configurations and security remediations and resolves technical problems.
This position currently requires a hybrid schedule, with 1 day on-site or as needed. Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements.
Responsibilities
Computer configuration, security and application management and support of users in the enterprise on Mac using administrative tools such as Jamf and scripting
Projects and initiatives supporting customer requirements and security mandates.
Creating and updating tickets/tasks in management tools, i.e. Azure DevOps and ServiceNow, ensuring clear communication of status and reporting on work.
Performing testing and documenting results to ensure compliance with requirements.
Adherence to change management policies to support governance/approvals for systems administration.

Required Qualifications
8 years of relevant experience to include:
Experience as a Jamf systems administrator in a federal government agency or equivalent experience in a large private enterprise
Experience with Apple configuration management, especially with securing Mac OS to meet STIG compliance, managing security clients and application deployments and updates
Experience with scripting for Mac using BASH, Python, Swift or other relevant scripting language
Experience with network configuration and security principles
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Familiarity with enterprise environments and IT best practices
Desired Qualifications
Previous experience working at NIH
Experience managing and setting up a Jamf instance, managing Jamf mdm and server certificate renewals, jamf upgrades, etc.
Experience with PIV authentication or similar multifactor authentication on Mac
Experience with Druva
Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticket management platform
Technical certifications in Apple / Mac (ACMT)
Technical certifications in Jamf (300 level or better preferred)
Technical certifications in cyber security (Security+)
Experience with Agile/Scrum/Sprint ceremonies, processes, and tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.)
Education
Bachelor’s Degree (or the following may be substituted):
High School Diploma (or GED) coupled with an additional 6 years of relevant experience; or
Associate’s degree, coupled with an additional 4 years of relevant experience

For this position, the projected compensation range is $110,000 - $140,000 per year. This estimate represents the typical salary range and is just one part of MIL’s complete compensation package.
