NPI Production Planner

Paramit is a rapidly growing international medical device contract design and manufacturing company that designs and manufactures high quality medical and life sciences instruments. Headquartered in Morgan Hill, CA, we offer a rewarding work environment with global opportunities while maintaining a small company, employee-focused culture. We are seeking an NPI Supervisor to join our team. 

Essential Duties:

 Responsible to develop a feasible operational plan and maintain ownership over the execution of the operational plan, achieve the objective of customer satisfaction, minimize Paramit liability and continuously improve the performance of the planning metrics

• Work with PM and Customer to develop a collaborative demand plan through the manufacturing process
• Create a Master Schedule/Planner  through resource analysis including material sizing and capacity sizing
• Create and maintain a feasible production plan and closely work with the operation team to achieve successful execution of the plan.
• Work with PM to develop a revenue forecast and closely monitor the actual performance and drive for immediate corrective action and recovery plan in case there is a potential miss to the revenue target.
• Monitor planning metrics and drive for continuous improvement
• Comply and follow all procedures within the company policy.
• Coordinating & tracking readiness/risks all ramp requirements: Equipment, Materials, Facilities & Resources.
• Manage operations communications, upward and downward through the organization; escalate issues, and present mitigation/solutions to cross-functional executive teams.
• Coordinate with quality control to maintain quality standards; takes appropriate corrective measures to resolve deficiencies.
   

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• 5 to 10 year proven shop floor operations leadership / supervisory experience in Electronic Manufacturing Services
• Demonstrated ability to lead in a rapidly changing, intense, and demanding environment.
• Requires strong computer and good communications skills strong leadership
• Ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced environment 
• Able to investigate and resolve problems independently 
• Must be able to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
