We are currently searching for a dynamic Senior Account Manager to take part in leading our Program Manager team.  

The role of our Senior Account Manager is to develop customer-specific strategies for providing outstanding service to customers’ various functional groups, leading to greater customer satisfaction, business expansion, and revenue increase. You’ll provide leadership for strategic accounts specific to the growth of products and instruments manufacturing revenue from within customer organizations. In this vital role, you’ll liaise between customer teams, internal program management organization, customer focus team members (CFT), and senior management to identify opportunities for service improvements, increase value-add prospects, and cost review, as needed. 

 Analyzing operational processes and providing training needs assessments for the program management team to improve service and enhance customer experience will be crucial for your focus. You will manage all facets of customer retention, including participating in resolving customer concerns and defining and developing appropriate closures. Acting as a point of escalation for all customer service issues and join in remedies to ensure satisfactory resolution is an area of expertise for you.

As our Senior Account Manager, you will act as a mentor to PM staff in addition to these critical skills. This mentorship includes supervision and management of daily metrics and reporting of any variance analysis outside parameters of established goals; develop and administer training to ensure the efficient operation for the PM function.


This position reports to the Senior Director of Program Management.



  • Act as the first point of contact and primary Account management interface between the customer and Paramit
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships; responsible for driving and obtaining the highest Customer Satisfaction and maintaining quarterly customer score ratings of 5s & 4s
  • Actively seek to increase the services and products offered by Paramit and grow account revenue
  • Ensure program management members and their respective CFTs align with real-time customer prioritization and expectations - center point for assigned account(s)
  • Spearhead program development efforts to ensure Paramit capabilities and value add offerings are meeting customer requirement
  • Share knowledge and experience with the PM teams and organization as a whole to capitalize value add services
  • Continued training of PMs specific to new tools and troubleshooting of account-specific issues
  • Metrics maintenance and reporting of metrics
  • Facilitate regular excess disposition, obtaining customer POs
  • Daily advisory on SO and WO alignments and other PM metrics
  • Weekly metric review with PM department head




  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years hands-on experience as :
  • Program Manager in Contract Manufacturing industry or (b) Project management in a design environment, where the customer is external or (c) Project Management in a manufacturing environment with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to drive clarity; proficiency with Microsoft applications (including MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
