Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform QA inspection on mechanical assemblies to ensure inspected products meet customer's specifications
  • Perform QA inspection utilizing Paramit vPoke inspection software
  • Perform and support inspection on NPI / Engineering build
  • Perform real-time daily defect data entry
  • Perform WIP transaction
  • Perform Device History Records (DHR) verification before releasing finished medical devices/products to shipping
  • Conduct Out of Box Audit (OBA) by employing AQL on outgoing shipment
  • Report and communicate issues to supervisors and engineers


Minimum Experience Requirements: 

  • Must be capable of reading and interpreting assembly drawings, specifications, method sheets, BOM, and procedures, etc.
  • Must have in-process and/or final QA inspection experience on mechanical assemblies
  • Have experience and knowledge of mechanical and cable assembly, cosmetic specifications on sheet metal, and plastic fabricated parts
  • Have inspection experience on medical devices and familiar with cGMP/QSR
  • Must have effective verbal and written English communication skills
  • Availability to work the Day Shift (Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, twist, kneel, squat, walk while carrying product, and lift up to 35 lbs. as required to complete tasks
  • Basic electrical test skill is a plus
