Headquartered in Morgan Hill, CA, we offer a rewarding work environment with global opportunities while maintaining a small company, employee-focused culture. We are seeking a PCA Assembler to join our team. 


Essential Duties & Job Responsibilities:


  • Read, interpret and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately assemble equipment and products
  • Utilize handheld tools such as a handheld screw and hand driver
  • Maintain inventory of products in workstations
  • Perform quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards
  • Identify product defects and complete appropriate documentation when defects are identified
  • Rework and/or repair assembled equipment and products according to engineering specification changes
  • Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established  safety procedures
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area


Minimum Requirements:


  • Ability to work Day Shift:   Monday – Friday from 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM for the regular work week
  • Ability to speak, read, and comprehend in English
  • Must be able to follow directions
  • Basic computer navigation and utilization skills
  • Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
  • Problem Solving ability;  self-directed ability to think and utilize reasoning skills to solve problems
  • Detail Orientated:  high attention to detail both in your work and work received from others
  • Self-motivated; able to start your duties and continue throughout your shift with minimal supervision and direction
  • A “Can-Do” attitude, willing to help teammates, take on other duties as assigned and help with Over Time as a part of the team
  • Physically able to stand or sit for long periods of time, bend, twist, squat, kneel, walk while carrying boxes or items, and ability to lift up to 25lbs as needed to complete job duties


Preferred Requirements:

  • 1+ years of manufacturing experience
  • Experience reading and understanding basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures
  • Ability and interest to review duties and workmanship and think about improved ways to complete work in order to produce a new concept or better way to increase production and quality
