The Position: The Manager Customer Care primary responsibility is to provide support to all internal and external customers, in the routine functions to ensure client satisfaction and appropriate records and materials management are consistently maintained. This individual must work with staff to employ a team approach. Manages customer/patient support staff and oversees special projects assigned by manager. This is a hybrid position with the expectation of 2-3 days a week at our South San Francisco office.

The anticipated base salary range for candidates who will work in South San Francisco is $96,000 to $133,000 per year. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, education, etc. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
