We’re looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator which is a key role focused on the planning, coordination, and timely execution of a variety of events. You’ll also oversee staffing schedules for our planners, coaching line, and chat shifts. You will handle internal reporting, maintain documentation, and coordinate technology support and troubleshooting. In this role, you’ll drive improvements in service delivery, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams and consistently high customer satisfaction. Your ability to manage service requests, streamline workflows, and foster efficient operations will be essential to your success.

As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will:

Our headquarters is located in El Segundo CA, however, we have been a fully distributed “work from home” team since March 2020. The Client Success Manager position is based remotely, and the ideal candidate is able to travel to the Los Angeles, CA area four times/year. Additionally, while our work hours are flexible, members of the team should expect to be available Monday – Friday and support internal meetings in Pacific Time,
The total compensation includes a $72,000 base salary with quarterly and annual bonuses (typically between 10-20% and up to 25%, respectively), resulting in a total of up to $104,400. Additional financial opportunities exist through cash-based profit sharing and through equity plans, and we offer a full comprehensive benefits package and 401k matching.
