Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team on a contract basis. As a Graphic Designer, you will work closely with our Senior Graphic Designer and Creative Director to create and update various marketing and design assets. This is a part-time, hourly-paid role (20 hours per week minimum), with the potential for a long-term hire after the initial 6-month contract. Pay will be $25-$35 per hour based on portfolio and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Senior Graphic Designer and Creative Director to develop and maintain marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency.
Design and update PowerPoint presentation decks for internal and external use.
Create and refine email marketing designs, adhering to best practices for engagement and brand alignment.
Support various teams across the company with design needs, including layout adjustments, updates, and new content creation.
Maintain and organize design files and templates.
Assist in developing visual assets for digital marketing, including social media, website content, and online advertising.
Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and project deadlines.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Proficiency in Figma.
Proficiency in video editing (Premiere, After-effects) is a huge plus.
Experience with email marketing design (e.g ActiveCampaign)
Strong portfolio showcasing experience with presentation design, marketing materials, and digital assets.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and time-management skills.
Familiarity with financial wellness industries is a plus, but not required.
