Job Description:

We are seeking an action officer to join our intelligence program to support a key government customer in McLean, Virginia.

The position level is contingent on applicant specific qualifications and experience. After multiple assessments, applicants will be evaluated and placed in a level from 1 to 3 based on their customer engagements. 

Job duties include:

• Leverage tools, databases, and technology to support, sustain, and enable CAI operations and programs 

• Support the monitoring of CAI programs

• Conduct gap analysis on CAI programs

• Advise on business and financial intelligence

• Provide support to certain collection and operational activities for the sponsor

• Use the internet, including social media platforms  

Required Qualifications:

• 1-20 years of relevant experience

• A bachelor's degree or five (5) additional years of Program-related work experience instead of a college degree!

• Familiarity with cable writing and classified databases may include specific targeting tools

• Strong briefing and writing skills, as well as the ability to work well with teams or individually with minimal supervision

• Work with the U.S. military, if required 

The position requires active Security Clearance with an appropriate Polygraph.

Pay Range: Competitive
