Description:  Kirby Medical Center is seeking a Food Service Tech Flex to join our dedicated team of food service professionals. This specialty position is 40s-hour/week with core hours of 7:00am-3:30pm Monday through Friday, except (with advanced notice) occasions where additional coverage assistance is needed to support increased patient census or special event functions. The flex position has the broad skill set necessary to assist in the coverage for all positions within the department  including Cafe, Cook, and Food Service Tech.

Qualifications: 

• HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Computer experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Previous experience in hospital food prep.
• Food Service Sanitation Certificate preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds using good body mechanics.
