Description: Full-time 40 hours per week position available working various hours at Kirby Medical Group Quick Care.  Hours could include Monday-Friday 7am-7:30pm and Saturday 8am-4:30pm. Provides front end patient and clinic support through insurance and demographic collection and verification, assists patients with documentation, performs appropriate appointment scheduling, documents patient-related phone calls in the EMR, and explains wait times and sets reasonable expectations for waiting patients.  Will greet and register patients, collect co-pays, reconcile petty cash, relay messages, schedule return appointments, refer to ancillary services, file and assist with various office tasks as directed.

Qualifications: 

• One year experience in office setting or hospital setting preferred.
• Experience with billing and insurance preferred.
• Customer service focused.
  
• Computer and telephone skills required.
• Ability to multi-task and help with varied job assignments.
