A global membership organization that serves executives in the financial services community is seeking the support of an early- to mid-career marketing professional. This work-from-home, part-time role will offer 10-20 billable hours weekly, with a monthly workload not to exceed 75 hours. The role does not require a commitment to a set weekly schedule as the need for support will be tied to evolving project priorities. We're looking for someone to start work in early November and continue through at least June of 2026.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Create marketing emails and coordinate launch with internal program owners, including set-up and testing.
• Compile email, social and digital advertising metrics.
• Assist in managing the marketing team’s workload through a project management tool. Duties include adding projects, checking in on progress and ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Facilitate the creation and implementation of social media campaigns, including scheduling of posts.
• Keep webpages up to date and create new webpages as needed for programs.
• Other marketing-related duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
• One to three years (more is fine too!) of professional experience working in a digital marketing role. We will be particularly interested in applicants who have membership marketing experience.
• Stand-out applicants will be able to share examples of B2B, B2C or B2G marketing-oriented writing. This is a marketing support role and not a writing role, but writing is a relevant competency. We hope applicants will provide links to live, online examples of their writing or attach PDF or JPEG examples.
• Your resume must clearly indicate that you have at least basic experience working on marketing automation platforms. The employer uses HubSpot for e-mail, social, and digital advertising; LinkedIn for social; and Sitefinity for webpage updating. Applicants who indicate their experience with these platforms will float to the top of our list.
• BS or BA in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.

HISTORY:
Brainstorm Creative Resources has worked closely with the client organization to identify candidates for a wide range of full-time, freelance and temporary positions since 2010. We can provide plenty of additional information to the most well qualified applicants.

WORK LOCATION:
This is a fully remote, 100% work-from-home, freelance opportunity. All work can be done from the location of your choice in the United States. The organization seeking support is in Washington, DC.

RATES:
Brainstorm Creative Resources actively counsels its clients to pay competitively so that we can do the same. For this scope of work we are suggesting a rate range of $25 - $30/hour. More experienced professionals whose resumes indicate clearly relevant experience can expect that we will make a strong case to our client, to pay you near or at the top of the range -- or possibly beyond.

Actual rates offered will be commensurate with your experience and current market norms and will also largely be based on the following factors: credentials as detailed in your resume, your portfolio or other example work submitted, your initial interactions with Brainstorm Creative Resources and/or the hiring organization, and quality of reference providers and references provided.

COMMITMENT SUMMARY:
(1) Part-time @ 10-20 hours/week;
(2) East coast work hours availability;
(3) Fully remote;
(4) Nov. '25 - at least June '26.
