Get to Know This Role
As our Copywriter, you will be the voice of our brand, crafting engaging and authentic content that resonates with beer lovers, sustainability advocates, and craft beer connoisseurs alike. From product descriptions to on-site collateral, sales kits to digital asset storytelling, you'll help shape the way we communicate our values, our history, and our award-winning beers.

Individual offers are based on skills, experience, and qualifications. This role may be eligible for our bonus program – inquire with our Talent Acquisition Partner for additional details.

What You Will Do
- Conceptualizing and writing product copy for our primary and secondary packaging including but not limited to; romance copy on packaging, beer names, and enticing descriptors.
- Conceptualizing and writing engaging newsletters, blogs, SEO, website, emails and other long-form version of our brand story.
- Conceptualizing and writing copy for our sales collateral including, but not limited to execution guides, sell sheets, style guides, scripts for audio/visual assets, taglines for products, and creative presentations.
- Conceptualizing and writing copy for guest-facing touchpoints including menu descriptors, feedback generators, signage and event invitations.
- Review and copy edit any final copy for spelling and grammar.
- Partner with our brand management team, creative services colleagues and our agency partners to guide conceptual execution of our Masterbrand positioning and creative strategies through words.
- Responsible for ensuring content is accurate and complies with codes of advertising practice and TTB regulations.
- Must be willing to work some non-standard hours on weekends if necessary.
Please Apply if You Have
- Bachelor's Degree in creative arts, ad school, marketing or related field or any combination of experience and or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved required
- 5 years of copywriting experience required
- 1 year copywriting experience, preferably in the food & beverage, lifestyle, or craft beer industries preferred
- Passion for Craft Beer: You understand (and love) the world of craft beer, from brewing processes to beer styles and tasting notes.
- Storytelling Skills: A strong ability to craft narratives that connect emotionally with our audience.
- Versatility: Able to write everything from short-form packaging call-out to long-form blog articles.
- Creativity: A knack for original, witty, and engaging content that captures attention.
- Understanding of SEO: Knowledge of SEO best practices to optimize digital content.
- Collaboration: Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and incorporating feedback.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills.
- Experience working with sustainable brands or environmentally conscious messaging.
- Familiarity with content management systems and 1:1 consumer engagement scheduling tools (email/SMS/social).
