THE JOB
Tidewater Environmental Services, Inc. is hiring Technician I, Technician II and Lead Technician positions to support the Pacific Northwest’s industrial and marine communities. This position will perform high pressure water blasting, confined space entry, painting, industrial cleaning, and tank cleaning supporting various marine and industrial industries. This role will also:
Operates commercial/industrial equipment (i.e. high-pressure washer blasting equipment capable of maintaining pressures to 20,000 psi, blowers, etc.).
Operates non-DOT equipment (i.e. forklift, manlifts, scissor lifts).
Performs preventive booming on various waterways in the Pacific Northwest.
Maneuvers hoses, pumps and valves.
THE BENEFITS & PAY
$1,000 Signing Bonus!
Minimum 30-hour weekly hour work guarantee
Full Position Wage Range: $25.00 - $34.94 / hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
Technician I (Position Wage Range): $25.00 - $33.28 / hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
Technician II (Position Wage Range): $26.25 - $34.94 / hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
Opportunities to move to a Lead Technician with a top hourly rate of $36.60 (depending on experience and qualifications)
Overtime is paid for all weekend work and any work beyond eight hours per day or 40 hours per week.

THE CATCH
Be available to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays.
Work at various heights (up to 60 feet) and in confined spaces.
Ability to travel throughout the Pacific Northwest region.
Work in various work conditions and temperatures.
Obtain and maintain a valid TWIC Card in accordance with the Department of Homeland security within 15 days of hire date.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must meet medical clearance criteria and ability to wear a respirator (no facial hair).
