THE JOB

Tidewater Environmental Services, Inc – Kent location is hiring a Class A CDL Driver to join our team as we support the Pacific Northwest’s industrial and marine communities. Class A Drivers are responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of hazardous and non-hazardous products to specified destinations. Our fleet includes tractor/trailer combinations, roll-off (both straight truck and trailer), and wet/dry vac trucks (tankers and guzzlers).

THE BENEFITS & PAY

•  Position Wages $31.92 or $35.74 / hourly (depending on experience)

  • Up to an additional $3.50/hourly, based on endorsements and on-the-job experience

THE CATCH

• A valid Class A driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Ability to obtain hazmat and tanker endorsements.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. No set schedule.
• Maintains appropriate communication via cell phone, text, email, and face-to-face with employees and customers
• Ability to travel to job sites that include out-of-town work as required.
• Meet medical clearance criteria and be able to wear a respirator (no facial hair). 
• Wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE) required for job site location (i.e. earplugs, protective eyewear, goggles, life vest, face shield, crush-resistant footwear and hard hat). 
• Obtain and maintain a valid TWIC Card in accordance with Department of Homeland Security and TSA guidelines within 15 days of hire date.
• All employment offers are contingent on the successful completion of a pre-employment physical, DOT drug screen, criminal background check, and driving record check.

Tidewater Environmental Services, Inc., headquartered in Vancouver, Washington, has expanded into Kent, Washington!  We support the Pacific Northwest's industrial and marine communities by offering a range of services, including industrial cleaning, hazardous and non-hazardous waste transportation, wet/dry vacuum services, tank cleaning, and ship cargo hold cleaning. We operate seven days a week, 24 hours per day, to serve our customers.
