We are currently seeking a talented Clinical Referral Liaison – PRN to join our dynamic team. Our Clinical Referral Liaisons obtain referrals and complete patient evaluations, within assigned partner hospital locations, to facilitate admissions to Sheltering Arms Institute. They ensure referring physicians, case managers, and other appropriate partnering hospital employees are aware of services or continuum of care. Our Clinical Referral Liaisons act as consultants, marketers, facilitators, collaborators, promoters, educators and practitioners in the course of their daily work.
The goal of the Clinical Referral Liaison is to identify candidates who meet program criteria and who will benefit from Sheltering Arms’ services. The process involves developing strong relationships with patients, family members and referral sources.
