Compensation: $39.31 per hour (W2) + paid holidays through Talent Table

About the Company:
Our client, a leading global financial services and digital payments company, seeks a Business Operations Coordinator to support its Global Marketing team.
Role Overview:
As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will be critical in budget management, financial operations, and process optimization within the Global Marketing team. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure financial accuracy, optimize workflows, and drive operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key liaison for the Global Marketing team, overseeing budget management and financial best practices.
- Track and communicate marketing operating expenses, payment statuses, and financial forecasts to ensure alignment with strategic growth objectives.
- Provide financial insights by reconciling budget plans with actual expenditures, identifying risks, and developing reports for stakeholders.
- Facilitate purchase order creation, invoice processing, and accruals management to ensure smooth execution of budget plans.
- Manage billing transactions, vendor communications, and month-end close processes in coordination with Accounting.
- Partner with Procurement to onboard vendors and streamline vendor relationships on behalf of the Marketing team.
- Identify operational gaps and lead strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in an operational role, preferably within a Marketing or Finance environment.
- Proven experience in budget management, financial operations, and working with Accounting/Finance teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to reconcile disparate datasets and provide actionable insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (experience with Oracle Cloud, Hyperion, and/or Pigment is a plus).
- Ability to navigate complex financial inquiries and troubleshoot issues with Finance and Accounting teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Preferred Time Zone: West Coast (not required).
