Our client, a global financial service and digital payments company, is seeking a Partnerships Support Specialist.

This position is a remote 6-month contract with the possibility of extension. Candidates must be eligible to work in the US without requiring H1B visa sponsorship. The hourly rate is $53.45, W2 + paid holidays through Talent Table. NO C2C.

Responsibilities: 

• Partnership Management: Assist in managing and activating music and entertainment partnerships, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and successful execution.
• Presentation Creation: Develop compelling presentation materials and go-to-market documents to support partnership proposals and initiatives.
• Contract and Budget Management: Support the management of contracts, payments, and budgets associated with partnerships.
• Scheduling and Coordination: Coordinate and schedule meetings with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration.
• Travel: Once or twice throughout the assignment (5% max)

• Proficient in creating professional presentations and go-to-market documents.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience: 1-5 years of experience in partnerships, with music and entertainment industry experience preferred.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
