Our client, the world’s leading entertainment streaming service, is looking for a Recruiter.

This is a 6-month on-site contract position based in Philadelphia, PA. The hourly rate starts at $43.26benefits are available through Talent Table. Candidates must not hold H1B Visa status or be on a C2C arrangement.

This role requires 4 years + recruiting for customer service roles, retail and or entertainment - theatrical actors/theme park actors.

Responsibilities:

  • Primary focus will be on the Attraction team, but responsibilities will also include roles in retail, operations, and onsite sales.
  • Experience in hospitality, theme parks, and retail is required.
  • Must have experience with high-volume recruiting and job fair hiring.
  • Responsible for full-desk recruiting, including:
    • Sourcing large volumes of candidates (~100 roles starting mid-to-late August through early September, depending on role type).
    • Coordinating interviews with internal panels.
    • Managing the process from scheduling interviews to extending offers.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • The role is responsible for full-cycle recruiting across our attractions operations portfolio, which will include a high volume of hourly positions. You will be responsible for sourcing talent, coordinating interviews, issuing offer letters, and regularly providing status updates on your progress.
  • You will develop a recruiting plan that will expand our talent pools and ensure there’s a diverse range of candidates for both short-term and long-term efforts. You’ll use deep sourcing techniques to identify strong talent and relay market intel back to your hiring partners to better refine and execute your recruiting strategy.
  • You’ll work directly with hiring managers as true partners to find and attract talent specific to the team’s needs. You’ll coach and advise based on your growing knowledge in niche markets, compensation, and the competitive landscape.
  • You’ll participate in full-cycle recruiting, including interviewing, offering, negotiating, and closing candidates. You’ll ensure that candidates understand and embrace our unique culture.
  • You’ll own and juggle multiple requisitions and balance moving quickly with a great candidate experience. You’ll use your own judgment on how to best organize, prioritize, and execute in a fast-paced environment while juggling a high volume of candidates at a single time.

 

Who You Are:

You are able to run searches autonomously and provide regular updates to your hiring manager and the HR manager. You are able to project-manage a fast-moving candidate pipeline, ensuring a high volume of hiring is completed on time.
  • You are curious. You look to dig deeper beyond the surface level of a job profile, researching market trends, domain technology, and seeking out information to have a solid understanding of the business. You are comfortable pivoting strategies when an approach isn’t working and are always seeking to hire the very best candidates.
  • You have at least 5 years of recruiting experience in a retail and/or hospitality environment; high volume is preferred.
