Overview
Our client, the global leader in entertainment streaming, seeks a high-volume Recruiter to support hiring for attractions, guest-facing talent, retail operations, and onsite sales roles. This position requires proven experience in retail, hospitality, and entertainment talent acquisition, with a strong focus on seasonal and hourly workforce management.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end full-cycle recruiting across live attractions and guest experience operations
- Lead high-volume sourcing efforts to fill ~100 hourly roles between mid-August and early September
- Recruit across multiple functional areas including:
- Live Theatrical Talent (e.g., Theme Park Actors)
- Retail Sales Associates
- Operational Support & Guest Services
- Coordinate interview logistics with internal stakeholders and hiring panels
- Drive timely and compliant offer process execution
Role Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of recruiting experience for customer service, retail, hospitality, or entertainment-based hourly roles
- Direct experience recruiting in theme parks, large-scale hospitality, or event environments
- Demonstrated success in high-volume pipelines and job fair/field recruiting
- Skilled in interview coordination, ATS usage, and stakeholder communication
- Strong autonomy and project management ability—able to prioritize, execute, and deliver under tight timelines
