High-Volume Recruiter

Location: Onsite | Dallas, TX
Contract Length: 6 months
Compensation: $43.26/hr + benefits (via Talent Table)

About the Client:

Our client is the world’s leading entertainment streaming service, expanding into immersive experiences and live attractions. This role is part of a major seasonal staffing initiative to support high-traffic operations in customer service, retail, and themed entertainment environments.


 What You’ll Do:

As a Full-Cycle Recruiter, you’ll oversee high-volume recruiting initiatives, with a focus on frontline hiring for attractions, retail, operations, and onsite sales.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end recruiting for ~100+ hourly roles launching August–September.
  • Lead sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer extension.
  • Manage hiring events, job fairs, and proactive outreach strategies.
  • Partner with hiring managers to refine requisitions and talent pipelines.
  • Deliver a strong candidate experience while operating in a fast-paced environment.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Attractions/Entertainment Talent: Actors, performers, immersive experience guides.
  • Retail & Hospitality: Floor staff, cashiers, guest experience associates.
  • Operations & Sales: Onsite vendors, seasonal sales reps, entry logistics.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or entertainment sectors.
  • Proven high-volume hiring track record (100+ requisitions per season).
  • Experience conducting job fairs and managing rapid staffing cycles.
  • Strong collaboration skills across internal departments and hiring panels.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools.

  • Ability to articulate recruiting ROI, sourcing funnel metrics, and hiring benchmarks.
