Job Title: Talent Intelligence Analyst (Executive Insights Focus)

About the Role
The Talent Intelligence team at the world’s leading entertainment streaming platform is seeking a research-driven Talent Intelligence Analyst to support executive-level hiring decisions. This role is part of the Executive Insights initiative, a strategic collaboration between Talent Intelligence and Executive Engagement (the internal executive search team).

This is a data- and research-focused position—not a recruiting role—and is best suited for individuals with backgrounds in market research, human capital analytics, competitive intelligence, or consumer insights.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed talent and market research in support of executive hiring strategies.
  • Gather and synthesize competitive intelligence to support market mapping and organizational analysis.
  • Draft clear and actionable insight briefs for executive stakeholders, covering talent availability, market dynamics, and industry trends.
  • Partner with Executive Engagement to refine search strategies and align findings with leadership needs.
  • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of talent databases, research tools, and internal knowledge systems.
  • Stay current with emerging tools, methods, and best practices in talent research and executive insights.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years in a research, strategy, or client-facing analytical role within executive search, human resources, consulting, technology, or finance.
  • Demonstrated strength in research and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate data into executive-ready narratives.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • A collaborative mindset marked by intellectual curiosity, openness, and professionalism.
