Workplace Experience Specialist
Location: Vancouver, BC | Contract Term: 9 Months
Schedule: On-Site | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation: Up to $64.00 CAD/hour
Work Authorization: Must be legally permitted to work in Canada
Role Purpose
Join a global leader in entertainment and storytelling as a Workplace Experience Specialist. In this role, you will steward the daily rhythms of the Vancouver office, creating a seamless, inclusive, and service-first environment for employees, guests, and leadership.
You will play a key role in workplace culture, site hospitality, event readiness, and cross-team coordination—ensuring that the physical and emotional atmosphere of the space reflects excellence, care, and belonging.
🛠 Key Areas of Responsibility
Workplace Operations
- Deliver best-in-class service across reception, vendor coordination, and daily site operations.
- Ensure workplace environments are maintained with excellence—appearance, function, and hospitality standards.
- Oversee reception, visitor check-in, and ticketing systems.
- Elevate operations through data insights, vendor reviews (QBRs), and process enhancements.
Culture & Community
- Act as a cultural ambassador and liaison for Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and internal events.
- Coordinate seasonal décor and lead themed activations aligned with the company’s identity.
- Support executive site visits and host events such as screenings, panels, and town halls.
- Build and nurture trusted relationships across internal teams.
Program Management
- Oversee office programs such as food & beverage services, event logistics, and workplace playbooks.
- Create and manage documentation (memos, SOPs) to ensure scalable, repeatable excellence.
- Partner with Global EHS and Security teams to uphold compliance and coordinate emergency readiness.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Interface with IT, AV, Talent, Security, Brand, and Events teams to ensure aligned site support.
- Partner with local Workplace Ops to refine strategy and optimize processes.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in workplace operations, hospitality, facilities, or event management.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience overseeing front-of-house, reception, and food programs.
- Proven ability to manage vendors, lead by service, and work cross-functionally.
- Comfortable working occasional extended hours during major events.

- This is a fully on-site role located in Vancouver, BC.
- Remote work is not available.
- Must be authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship.
- Contract may be extended or converted based on performance and business need.
