Recruiting Researcher (Contract)

Agency: Talent Table LLC (San Francisco Bay Area, 30+ years of staffing expertise)
Location: Remote (Preferred: Los Angeles, Los Gatos, or New York)
Type: 12-Month Contract
Pay: $65.00/hour + paid time off and benefits are available through Talent Table

Overview

Talent Table is seeking a Recruiting Researcher on behalf of a global leader in entertainment streaming. This role is critical at the top of the recruiting funnel, partnering closely with members of the Talent Acquisition team across 10–15 concurrent searches.

You will lead outbound sourcing strategies, engage passive candidates, and ensure the health and depth of talent pipelines across multiple technical and product-focused domains.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with recruiters and researchers to define and execute aligned search strategies.
  • Develop and manage scalable, inclusive talent pipelines for high-impact roles.
  • Use targeted search techniques to broaden diversity representation in candidate pools.
  • Source and engage passive talent using Boolean, LinkedIn, and creative channels.
  • Provide inbound pipeline support for roles with high application volume or profile overlap.
  • Consistently assess and screen candidates using structured, repeatable review methods.
  • Ensure data integrity and visibility across recruitment systems and reporting tools.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 2 years in full-cycle recruiting.
  • Able to manage multiple requisitions while maintaining quality and follow-through.
  • Self-motivated and resourceful; seeks solutions independently and proactively.
  • Research-oriented; leverages market, role, and industry insights to guide sourcing decisions.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Data-driven; uses both quantitative and qualitative insights to refine search strategies.
  • Experience with Eightfold is a plus.

Specialized Focus Areas (Two Roles Available)

Role #1 — Advertising Focus

  • Demonstrated success building pipelines within the Ads space, ideally in programmatic advertising environments (e.g., large tech or media companies).
  • Familiarity with Ad Product hiring is a strong plus.

Role #2 — Product/Design Focus

  • Proven experience sourcing for Product Management or Product/Experience Design roles.
  • Domain knowledge in product lifecycle, design systems, or consumer experience roles preferred.
