Our Client, the world’s leading entertainment streaming service, is looking for a Recruiting Researcher who will help with searches across Talent, Finance, and Operations. You will source and screen candidates across a variety of pipelines and partner closely with members of the Talent Acquisition team.
This is an on-site, 11-month contract. You must be able to work in Los Angeles, CA, and cannot hold H-1B visa status. The hourly rate is $70.00; paid time off and benefits are available through Talent Table. No C2C.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand specific needs and attract and engage top talent.
- In partnership with a recruiter and/or recruiting researcher, determine appropriate strategies to develop and build talent pipelines.
- Implement inclusive and diverse sourcing strategies, identifying approaches to broaden representation in pipelines.
- Find, engage, and activate passive candidates through Boolean, LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques. Additionally, provide inbound sourcing support for applicants and referrals.
- Assess and screen candidates through a consistent and structured review process, provide feedback, and communicate recommendations to hiring managers and recruiting partners.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience as a Recruiter or Researcher/Sourcer, preferably supporting Talent, Finance, or other Corporate Functions.
- Proven success in developing strong talent pipelines, ideally across various business lines.
- Self-motivated and driven; you look for solutions and impact without being asked twice.
- Curious; you dig deeper beyond the surface level of a job profile, researching market trends and domain technology, and seek out information to have a solid understanding of the business. You ask for feedback and want to grow and develop in your career.
- Accustomed to multitasking, meeting multiple deadlines, and maintaining data integrity.
- You leverage data (qualitative and quantitative) to track progress and inform decisions.
- Extensive experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and leveraging complex Boolean searches.
- Experience with Eightfold is a plus.
