Pay Rate: $26.69 per hour (W2) + Paid Holidays through Talent Table

About the Role
Talent Table is hiring a Loan Servicing Specialist to support a high-growth business financing team at a leading fintech organization. In this role, you’ll provide critical servicing support, help manage loan workflows, and ensure compliance standards are met, all while working remotely within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide support and risk mitigation for small business financing products
- Manage high-volume service queues, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of tasks
- Triage and escalate issues based on the customer’s loan lifecycle stage
- Identify and report bugs or feature issues to cross-functional teams
- Maintain knowledge of and adherence to BSA/AML policies; complete required training
- Work effectively in a remote environment using tools like Slack and Zoom
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve servicing workflows and customer experience
Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of experience in loan servicing, lending support, or banking operations
- Familiarity with BSA/AML compliance and risk mitigation practices
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proven time-management skills and ability to work independently
- Experience in customer-facing roles
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-evolving environment
