Marketing Operations Manager – Global Content & Webinars

Our Client, a leading SaaS company headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area, is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager – Global Content & Webinars to join the Campaigns Operations team. This role will be dedicated to supporting our global content and webinar programs. You will be the subject matter expert on end-to-end content and webinar best practices and will execute these campaigns, including running webinars directly from our platforms.
The scope of this role involves campaign operations for our content-type programs (which include analyst reports, videos, e-books...) and webinar programs. Responsibilities include project management, campaign execution, Zoom Webinar administration, best-practices playbook development, marketer enablement, and continuous optimization of campaigns using Marketo, Zoom Webinars, and other marketing technology.
Your Impact
- Serve as the subject matter expert for global content-type and webinar programs, acting as a strategic business partner to marketers – offering guidance on Zoom Webinar best practices, technical setup, and campaign optimization to drive pipeline impact.
- Own the end-to-end campaign operations process, from reviewing marketing requests to building workflows and conducting campaign retrospective debriefs.
- Execute and support webinars, including event setup within Zoom, live event moderation, and post-webinar processes to ensure smooth execution and maximum attendee engagement.
- Partner with stakeholders across global regions to ensure content and webinar campaigns are aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
- Analyze marketing metrics to identify trends, experiment with campaigns, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with SDR Ops, Marketing Performance, and other GTM Ops teams to ensure campaigns are set up for routing and reporting accuracy.
- QA, test, and troubleshoot campaign and webinar automation issues as they arise, maintaining high executional quality.
- Clearly and proactively communicate with stakeholders and internal partners to stay aligned on requirements, deliverables, and timelines.
- Maintain and enhance MOPs documentation to support scalability and enablement.
- Stay current on MOPs and webinar trends, applying new practices to improve performance and impact.
Your Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience using marketing automation platforms (such as Marketo).
- 3+ years of experience running webinars on Zoom.
- 3+ years working with other marketing technology (such as Salesforce, Demandbase One, Adobe tools, and more).
- 5+ years working with Excel/Sheets, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- A customer service attitude with a client-centric approach to working with stakeholders.
- Strong project management and timeline management skills.
- Self-driven problem solver with an ownership mindset and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communicator with the ability to clearly articulate findings and recommendations to various audience types both verbally and in written or presentation form (from technical members to mid-level management).
- Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- You have a strong understanding of the buyer’s journey, marketing attribution, and channel tracking.
- You have basic to intermediate experience with HTML and CSS.
- You are a certified user of any marketing automation platform.
- You have experience with building reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
- You have consulting experience.
