Job Duties: 

  • Business Development with clients in Public and Private Sector that need EAM Services.
  • Meet with and develop existing and new relationships with clients. 
  • Have a healthy pipeline of accounts that are looking for services in EAM and Land Management. 
  • Support Sales Director in maintaining and managing accounts, preparing quotes. 
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all quote requests (RFIs, RFQs, RFPs). 
  • Be responsible for emails/phone requests from clients, while tracking and prioritizing responses to those requests. 
  • Assist in the development and implementation of account plans for strategic accounts.
  • Identifying/qualifying sales prospects, and selling and promoting these solution services and offerings. 
  • Identify and close new business opportunities/accounts through prospecting including: cold calling, emails, marketing campaigns and networking. 
  • Work closely with appropriate resources within the company to evaluate account potential, issues, and requirements to close sales. 
  • Engage in mid-level prospecting. 
  • Effectively assist Sales with the material and presentations (i.e. research, RFP’s, communications). 
  • Assist closely with maintaining and growing client relationships. 
  • High emphasis on customer service and professional image. 
  • Maintain appropriate vendor certifications as required and outlined by the team leadership. 
  • Work closely with internal staff to ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction. 


Skills & Aptitudes Required: 

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in selling EAM services with an emphasis on sales and/or account management. 
  • Experience with Enterprise Asset Management solutions like Hexagon, Maximo or Oracle eAM is required. 
  • Experience with state and local government a plus. 
  • Experience in enterprise software sales with a focus on professional services. 
  • Experience in solution selling. 
  • Strong presentation skills. 
  • Be able to work independently. 
  • Be able to respond to RFPs, RFQs, RFOs, etc. 
  • Be able to grow and maintain sales pipeline. 
  • Must have experience in maintaining and growing partner relationships. 
  • Successful candidates will have an existing client base. 
  • Minimum of a Undergraduate Degree. 
  • Superior writing and analytical skills. 
  • Highly organized, yet flexible: Able to wear multiple hats and juggle disparate actives on a daily basis without dropping the ball. 
  • Strong computer and software skills including above proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. 
  • Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and quickly learn 21Tech’s solutions, products and services. 
  • Creative thinker and enthusiastic team player with an attention to detail. 
  • Strong conflict resolution skills and negotiation skills are essential. 
  • Team player with ideas on new customer acquisition, marketing and solutions selling. 
  • Engaging communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills. 
  • Technical and operational knowledge of technology solutions (enterprise systems, COTS, SDLC), desired. 
  • Ability to multi-task in a pressured environment. 
  • Strong work ethic with a high moral compass (honesty and integrity). 
  • Solid commitment to customer service, satisfaction, and retention.
