Our Team has broad experience implementing and maintaining Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions in the public sector.  21Tech, LLC is the key go-to partner of Hexagon/Infor in the Public Sector across the US and Canada. 21Tech's consultants are not just experts in the field of Asset Management, but they are experts at consulting in general.

Remote - International (Outside of the US)

Job Description:

  • Provide leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.
  • Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously.
  • Manage all aspects of a project, including management of scope, issues, risks, budget, and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery.
  • Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources and facilitate the project team meetings.
  • Drive path forward on projects by acting as liaison between client and 21Tech project teams providing clarity, strategy, and direction on business process and functional solutions.
  • Prepare timeline, estimates, and detailed project plan for all phases of the project.
  • Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project and program team.
  • Deliver appropriate and effective executive-level communication.
  • Extensive understanding of project management principles, methods, and techniques.

 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of technology-related consulting experience.
  • Ability to lead large multi-year engagements.
  • Excellent experience in SDLC Methodologies. 
  • Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organizations.
  • Experience managing large project team. (6+ team members)
  • Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, and achieve objectives.
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience drafting and submitting budget proposals and recommending subsequent budget changes where necessary.
  • Technically competent with various software programs, primarily Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), and Microsoft Project.

 

Education: 

  • BA/BS in Business, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.

 

Desired Skills and Experience: 

  • PMP Certification
  • Experience with Asset Management solutions.
  • SCRUM leadership and experience.
