Qualifications:

• 5+ years of progressive, hands-on experience in the design, architecture, and administration of Identity and Access Management solutions using the Oracle Identity and Access Management suite.
• 5+ years of experience configuring automated user provisioning and access management.
• 5+ years of experience integrating various target and authoritative applications with IAM platforms such as PeopleSoft, HCM, SAP, EBS, Workday, Epic, and Cerner.
• 5+ years of experience in SOA and BPEL workflow configuration and management.
• 5 years of experience with Spring, Struts, application servers, jQuery, and Hibernate.
• 5+ years of experience with SOAP and RESTful frameworks.
• 5+ years of experience with Federation, SAML, OpenID, OAuth, and other industry-standard authentication/authorization solutions.
• 5+ years of experience with Java, J2EE, JavaScript, and HTML.
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Database and Linux operating systems.
• 5+ years of experience using Eclipse, JDeveloper, and Maven.
• Experience troubleshooting issues and resolving them efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Experience with Windows, Linux, and Unix operating systems.
• Ability to perform job functions with considerable independence and judgment.
• Well-organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with Identity Cloud Services and OCI.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins, GitHub, and ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
• Knowledge of industry-standard frameworks such as NIST, ISO, HIPAA, and PCI.
• Knowledge of Honeywell ProWatch, Quantum, HID, and Lenel systems architecture.
• Knowledge of ProWatch, Quantum, HID, and Lenel systems SDKs, APIs, and web interfaces.
• Understanding of user/badge lifecycle in ProWatch, Quantum, HID, and Lenel systems.
• Expertise in customizing ProWatch, Quantum, HID, and Lenel to synchronize with Identity Governance system lifecycle events and statuses.
