Our client, located in Glendale, AZ, has an on-site contract opportunity for an Administrative Assistant.
You must be located in Glendale, AZ, and be able to work onsite.
This position is Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5 pm. No H1B visas.
Responsibilities:
- Technical skills and typing.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Provide administrative support to staff members.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events.
- Perform data entry and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
- Provide customer support and address inquiries or issues.
- Tracking – Use tools to monitor the status of multiple vendors, projects, and contracts.
- Documentation – Record actions taken and outline next steps for vendors, projects, and contracts.
- Communication – Keep internal and external stakeholders informed of progress and updates.
- Multi-tasking – Efficiently switch between tasks with varying levels of urgency.
Software Proficiency – Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, forms, record keeping, and navigation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
