Position Summary:
We are seeking an eager, energetic, and detail-oriented Sales Enablement Specialist to support our business development efforts. This role is ideal for someone with experience in sales or sales support  - preferably in IT – and who thrives in a dynamic, client-facing environment. The Sales Enablement Specialist will be responsible for managing and qualifying inbound leads, coordinating closely with senior sales executives, and representing 21Tech at trade shows and industry conferences related to EAM, particularly Hexagon EAM.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Follow up on and qualify inbound leads, routing them to the appropriate sales executives
•    Proactively reach out to prospects via cold calls or emails
•    Build relationships with prospects and clients for our AI stack and for our System Integration efforts
•    Answer questions and provide product or service information
•    Maintain and update CRM records to ensure accurate tracking of leads and sales activities
•    Support the creation of presentations, proposals, and sales materials
•    Coordinate internal communication and follow-ups related to client engagement
•    Attend and represent 21Tech at EAM industry trade shows and conferences, including Product Partner-related events
•    Conduct market research and contribute to outbound prospecting efforts
•    Collaborate with marketing on outreach campaigns and post-event follow-up


Qualifications:
•    3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or sales support, preferably in the technology or consulting sector
•    Undergraduate degree
•    Eager, energetic, and highly motivated to contribute to a growing team
•    Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
•    Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
•    Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
•    Self-starter with a growth mindset and interest in long-term sales career development
•    Willingness and ability to travel (up to 30%) for conferences and client events
•    Familiarity with EAM software, particularly Hexagon EAM, is a plus
