Position Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our digital marketing and communications initiatives. This role is ideal for someone passionate about content creation, social media strategy, and email marketing. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing the company’s social media presence, creating and distributing weekly newsletters, and assisting with marketing campaigns to increase engagement and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Manage and grow 21Tech’s social media presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.)
•    Create and schedule engaging, on-brand content including graphics, videos, and posts
•    Lead the content creation of our drip marketing strategy – weekly messages and newsletters/videos/blogs to our contacts
•    Monitor audience engagement and respond to inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner
•    Track and analyze key performance metrics for email and social platforms to guide optimization
•    Coordinate with sales and business development teams to align marketing efforts
•    Maintain and update the content calendar to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives
•    Assist in developing content for blogs, case studies, presentations, and event promotion
•    Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to inform marketing strategies
•    Support internal communications and brand consistency across all external-facing materials

Qualifications:
•    3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
•    Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills
•    Proficient in social media platforms and management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
•    Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or HubSpot
•    Familiarity with basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
•    Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
•    Self-starter with a creative mindset and strong attention to detail
•    Experience in B2B marketing or technology sector is a plus
