The project will continue for seven months. We expect the monthly time commitment to be 30 to 35 hours.
Brainstorm Creative Resources has supported the client organization since 2016. We can share their name, the project lead's credentials, details about our work history together, and plenty of information about the actual migration project with the most well qualified applicants.

LOCATION:
This is a fully remote position. You can work from home or any location you choose in the United States. The employer is headquartered in Northern Virginia just outside of Washington, DC. You will not need to visit their offices at any time.
HOURS:
We expect this project to continue for roughly seven months. Our primary contact at the organization is a highly organized Communications Director who has been in her role for well more than a decade. She has estimated the monthly time commitment to be 30 to 35 hours.
Additionally, the Communications Director has shared the following details regarding work scheduling:
- We can work together to set days/times that work for everyone.
- We will work with the migration vendor to set a schedule of meetings that coincide with the start and finish of 15-day sprints. There will be a schedule of specific days and times for these coordination meetings.
- Otherwise, we would generally expect that we could, for example, ask that something be done within a week’s time and the PM would meet that deadline operating on their own schedule.
- We also would expect to have a set meeting time each week, based on Arlington, VA time, when the PM would generally be available to answer questions or coordinate with us. We would be flexible based on the PM’s availability.
RATE:
Brainstorm Creative Resources strives to pay competitively and we ask our employer clients to help us make it possible to do so. For this scope of work we are suggesting a pay rate maximum of $55/hour. We are open to receiving inquiries from early-, mid- and senior-level professionals with demonstrably relevant skills, who are seeking rates higher or lower than our advertised maximum. Earlier career professionals should expect potential rate offers to be lower than our advertised maximum. Highly experienced digital/technical project managers can expect that we will make a strong case to the employer, to pay at the maximum -- or possibly higher.
The actual rate offered will be commensurate with your experience and will largely be based on the following factors: credentials as detailed in your resume, your portfolio, your interview experiences with Brainstorm Creative Resources and/or our client, and quality of reference providers and references provided.
