We are currently seeking an Advisory Supervisor to oversee a team that provides policy development support for our Federal Government client. If you are dedicated and eager to grow your career, we will provide you with a supportive team, resources, and training to succeed. 

What will you do in this role:

·       Examining existing policy and guidance.

·       Providing technical and policy recommendations. 

·       Providing support in reviewing, drafting, and updating new and existing policy as it relates to financial and business processes. 

·       Drafting Process Map and Narratives for new and existing policies and procedures as well as policy language and guidance.

·       Coordinating with various Subject Matter Experts, Process Owners and Stakeholders in addressing issues and updates to documentation 

·       Conducting independent research into various references and cited documentation in addressing gaps and known gaps and deficiencies   

·       Analyzing issues/initiatives in the financial management field. 

·       Preparing and briefing correspondence and materials.

 

Your qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or business related-field from an accredited university.

·       Minimum 3 years related experience in business finance or other relevant experience in technical/business writing.

·       CPA or CGFM preferred.

·       Security Clearance: Must be able to pass a basic government suitability check (US Citizenship required).
