Advisory Senior Manager

 

Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related business field from an accredited university

 

Years of Experience: 8+ years of combined Federal Government Financial Statement Audit/Accounting or OMB Circular A-123 Internal Controls experience required

 

U.S. Citizenship Required

 

Required Security Clearance Level: Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance

 

Certifications Required:   CPA or CGFM certification required

We are seeking a dedicated Advisor Senior Manager to join our growing Advisory practice. As an Advisory Senior Manager, you will be required to execute the following tasks for Federal Government Agencies:

  • Be a leader in the firm with the ability to lead multiple different types and complexities of advisory engagements such as internal controls, audit readiness or accounting related
  • Develops and maintains strong working relationships with key business decision makers throughout the year and is committed to continually improve client satisfaction.
  • Works with team and client to create plan for accomplishing objectives and determine engagement strategy which complies with professional standards and addresses the risks inherent in the engagement.
  • Consistently provide insightful responses to government request in a timely manner to ensure the delivery of the highest quality deliverables
  • Consistently engage in open, direct, candid, constructive, and regular exchanges of information between engagement team members and the government that ensures work activities are effective across teams and government.
  • Contribute to growth of the firm through participation in business development, proposal efforts and recruitment activities.
