                                                           Associate HR Generalist

The Associate HR Generalist’s duties include but are not limited to the following: 

  • Coordinate and facilitate all onboarding logistics for a best-in-class new hire experience.  

  • Assist in drafting and sending of HR related correspondence, preparation, and distribution of materials and resources as needed. 

  • Assist in scheduling and execution of Firmwide events and activities. 

  • Participate and facilitate in Firm initiatives. 

  • Process semi-monthly payroll. 

  • Administer employee benefits and process 401k contributions; serve as go-to person for employee benefits questions. Participate in planning and execution of annual open enrollment. 

  • Compile data for reporting as requested. 

  • Administer and track leaves of absence, exam leave, and maternity and parental leave as needed. 

  • Ensure all systems of record are updated and reconciled. 

  • Maintain schedule of training and social media postings. 

  • Draft standard operating procedures (SOPs) and create informational employee resources as needed. 

  • Assist with HR projects as needed. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree 

  • Minimum 1-year relevant experience 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 

  • Experience using Paychex (HRIS), Taleo (ATS) preferred 

  • Advanced communication and writing skills
