Associate HR Generalist

The Associate HR Generalist’s duties include but are not limited to the following:
Coordinate and facilitate all onboarding logistics for a best-in-class new hire experience.
Assist in drafting and sending of HR related correspondence, preparation, and distribution of materials and resources as needed.
Assist in scheduling and execution of Firmwide events and activities.
Participate and facilitate in Firm initiatives.
Process semi-monthly payroll.
Administer employee benefits and process 401k contributions; serve as go-to person for employee benefits questions. Participate in planning and execution of annual open enrollment.
Compile data for reporting as requested.
Administer and track leaves of absence, exam leave, and maternity and parental leave as needed.
Ensure all systems of record are updated and reconciled.
Maintain schedule of training and social media postings.
Draft standard operating procedures (SOPs) and create informational employee resources as needed.
Assist with HR projects as needed.
Minimum 1-year relevant experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience using Paychex (HRIS), Taleo (ATS) preferred
Advanced communication and writing skills
